Conditions of Play, Qualification, Entry and Prizes
1. Conditions of Play
a. Association Golf Days are Stableford competitions held over 36 holes off yellow tees
i. Greensomes in the morning
ii. 4BBB in the afternoon
b. The maximum number of entries will be fixed at 120 players
i. Spaces will be filled as completed bookings are received
c. The event organiser will allocate tee times
2. Qualification
a. This competition is open to all male playing members of golf clubs affiliated to the Gloucestershire Golf Union
b. To be eligible a player must:
i. Be in possession of a WHS handicap index
ii. Be a member of a golf club affiliated to the Gloucestershire Golf Union
3. Entry
a. The cost per day of £45.00 per person is all inclusive of 36 holes of golf plus coffee/tea & bacon roll, light lunch and one course dinner with prizes
4. Prizes
a. Morning Greensomes:
i. 1st £35 each
ii. 2nd £25 each
iii. 3rd £15 each
b. Afternoon 4BBB
i. 1st £35 each
ii. 2nd £25 each
iii. 3rd £15 each
c. Aggregated Rounds
i. 1st £50 each
ii. 2nd £35 each
iii. 3rd £25 each
iv. 4th £15 each
d. Only one prize may be won by an individual which will be the prize of the highest value
e. Prize vouchers will be sent out via email
5. Players are allowed to use a buggy
a. Rule 5 from General Conditions of Entry for Gloucestershire Golf Union Events does not apply

Online Competition Payment Cancellation PolicyYou can withdraw your competition entry by calling the County Secretary on 0793 6416775 or by email to secretary@gloucestershiregolfunion.co.uk and quoting your unique reference number. If you withdraw after the competition start sheet has been published on the website your entry fee will not be refunded unless in exceptional circumstances. If a championship or competition is cancelled for whatever reason a full refund of the relevant entry will apply. The Championship Committee’s decision will be and deemed to final in the event of a dispute.
