Online Entry for England Golf Captains Qualifying Tournament (Ralph Crisp Chalice)

Conditions of Play, Qualification, Entry and Prizes
1. Conditions of Play
a. Ladies Red tees & Men Yellow tees
b. It shall be played over 18 holes of stableford on one day
c. There will be a maximum of 69 competitors
2. Qualification
a. Entrants must be:
i. Current Members of the England Golf Captains Programme whose ‘home’ club is affiliated to the Gloucestershire Golf Union
b. Be in possession of a WHS Handicap Index not exceeding 54.0 for both Men & Ladies
3. Entry
a. Entry Fee £40.00 inclusive of evening meal
b. Entries will be limited to 69 entries
c. Ballot:
i. Entries will be allocated on a first come first served basis
ii. If entries exceed 69, players entering once the event is full will be kept on a reserve list in order that they entered
4. Prizes
a. The winner shall be the competitor who returns the highest stableford score over 18 holes.
i. The winner shall be awarded the Ralph Crisp Chalice
ii. The winner will qualify to compete in the England Golf Captains Final at Woodhall Spa GC in August 2024.
b. Prize vouchers shall be awarded to the top three places Online Competition Payment Cancellation PolicyYou can withdraw your competition entry by calling the County Secretary on 0793 6416775 or by email to secretary@gloucestershiregolfunion.co.uk and quoting your unique reference number. If you withdraw after the competition start sheet has been published on the website your entry fee will not be refunded unless in exceptional circumstances. If a championship or competition is cancelled for whatever reason a full refund of the relevant entry will apply. The Championship Committee’s decision will be and deemed to final in the event of a dispute.
