Pat Murphy (The Kendleshire) Crowned Seniors County Champion

Fifty-eight year old Pat Murphy (The Kendleshire) returns a score of 72 to win this year's Seniors County Championship at Brickhampton Court.  Playing off a handicap of 4, Pat also won the Norman Durnford Challenge Trophy awarded to the player returning the best net score.  Runner Up to Pat in the 18 Hole Championship was Alistair Johnston (Long Ashton GC) with a score of 74.

Pictured with former County President, Ian Watkins, our new Seniors County Champion now travels to Woodhall Spa GC to compete in next month's Seniors County Champion of Champions Tournament.

With a two man team score of 154, the MacAllan Trophy was won by Hugh Purvis and Alistair Johnston from Long Ashton GC. Minchinhampton GC (161) and Stinchcombe Hill GC (162) were second and third respectively. To view all team scores please click here.
