Home advantage at County Centenary Invitational

Congratulations to the Henbury Team of Steve Sheppard, Andy Besant, Fergus Dolan and Richard Haigh winning the County Centenary Invitation Day played at Henbury GC on Tuesday 8th July.

The Gloucestershire Golf Union holds this annual Centenary Invitation (The Eric Innes Salver) event at Henbury Golf Club for the Senior Officials of its member clubs. Each GGU affiliated club is invited to enter a team of four club officials including the Club Secretary, County Representative, Captain, President, Chairman etc.

Entry numbers are limited and this year 24 teams from all over the County entered.

Our thanks go to Henbury GC and the team for allowing us to hold this competition year on year.
