County Invitation Day Rules
Conditions of Play, Qualification, Entry and Prizes
- Conditions of Play
- The Championship shall be stableford 2 from 4 Bowmaker played over 18 holes
i. Men play off YELLOW tees
ii. Women play off RED tees
- Qualification
- To be eligible to enter a player must:
i. Be in possession of a WHS Handicap Index (Professionals with a WHS index can compete)
ii. Be a member of a club affiliated to the Gloucestershire Golf Union
- Entry
- Entries to the Championship should be made online via the form by 23rd June 2026, together with an entry fee of £90.00
- Order of Play and Starting Times will be sent to competitors via email if provided
- Prizes and Vouchers
- The winners shall be the Team who returns the lowest stableford 2 from 4 net (bowmaker) score over 18 holes
i. The winner shall be awarded the Centenary Plate that will be retained by the GGU
- Those Teams finishing in the top 3 places will be awarded prizes
