Covid-19: A Message from the Glos. Golf Union Executive
In light of the serious and rapid escalation of the current health crisis, the Gloucestershire Golf Union (GGU) Executive met last night and agreed to suspend all GGU supported / advertised activities between now and the end of April. This includes all training events and matches (league or friendly). The Executive haven’t taken this decision lightly, but it obviously has a duty of care to everybody involved.
A follow up meeting to review the situation and agree the way forward beyond April will take place soon after the Easter weekend.
Whilst this is very disappointing, the Executive concluded that it is the right and proper decision given these uncertain times.
